Each style is available in one size which is indicated in the product description. However, the collection offers a large variety of sizes.
The measurements in the product description correspond in the following order: width of lens– width of bridge – length of the temples. Each is measured in millimeters.

Each Rowley Eyewear frame comes with a micro-fiber cleaning cloth which can be used to clean smudges, dust, etc. You can also opt to clean your lenses by rinsing them with temperate water and soap. It is important to avoid using hot water as they can damage your lenses.
Lenses obviously get scratched with normal use. We will happily replace your lenses free of charge if they get scratched within the first six months of your purchase. After that time period, if you are a member of Rowley Care, you can replace your frames for half the price of a new pair. Demo lenses, or demonstration lenses, have no magnification or prescription and are used when a wearer likes the look of the glasses but does not need any vision correction.
Yes, all Rowley Eyewear frames and sunglasses are available as prescription sunglasses with a variety of fashion tints which are available to select upon checkout.
Our standard sun lens is a CR-39 impact-resistant lens. Additional add-ons available include Transitions lenses, custom tints, polarization and more.

Though we make every effort to photograph our products as true to real life as possible, there may be color discrepancies due to factors outside of our control including browser settings and monitor resolution. If you have a specific inquiry, please feel free to contact us at customerservice@rowleyeyewear.com.
In this situation, you will need to call your eyewear professional and get an eye exam if you haven't already had one. He/she will be able to give you your prescription after this exam and you can then visit our site and get your frames.
You have a few options to choose from for this portion of the ordering process. You can either:
  1. Enter your prescription in the fields provided during checkout.
  2. Email us a picture or scan of your prescription along with your doctor's contact information.
  3. Provide us with your doctor's contact information, your contact information (including birthdate) and we will obtain your prescription for you.
** Please note that select states require us to perform a prescription verification before we can fulfill your order.
Be on the lookout for a confirmation email after you've placed your order. This email will have all of the details of your order. We will also forward you the tracking number once it is available. Please allow 2-7 days for the verification and insertion of your prescription. We then ship all orders via USPS ground. Non-prescription orders will be shipped via USPS ground within 24 hours of your order being placed. ** Please note, we can not ship to PO Boxes.

Yes, your eyecare professional will have accommodated your astigmatism in your prescription.
We are happy to accept your prescription via email. Just scan or take a picture of your prescription and email it to customerservice@rowleyeyewear.com. Please be sure to include your name, order number and contact information so that we can follow up upon receipt.
Pupillary distance (PD) is the distance between the centers of each pupil in millimeters.

This measurement is used in your prescription to ensure that you don't have difficulty focusing. If you already have your PD measurement, please enter it during checkout. If you do not have this measurement, Rowley Eyewear will utilize industry standard defaults and fill your prescription accordingly.

Of course! Our website utilizes a complex set of rules in order to ensure that your prescription is entered flawlessly. If certain measurements don't seem correct, you will be prompted to double check those numbers. We also have a dedicated Customer Service team who is checking everything on our end as well. This is best done if we have a copy (scan, photo, etc) of your actual prescription.

Finally, if you live in a state that requires prescription verification (AK, AL, AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, KY, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, RI, SC, TN, VT, WA) we will also contact your doctor to confirm your prescription.
All prescription lenses are custom made to exact specification, and are therefore non-refundable.

You can either pay $50 annually to enroll in Rowley Care.
Think of it as Fashion Insurance. Throughout the year, you can buy as many frames as you wish for 50% off the regular price. Whether you break your original pair or just want to try out a new style, you can order as many frames as you want at the discounted price.

Your annual coverage begins the day you sign up and will be active for 365 days from the start date.
Your card will be charged when you place your first order.

No, Rowley Eyewear does not accept insurance. However, many of our customers are able to obtain a partial reimbursement for prescription glasses through their insurance providers. In order to assist with this, we can provide a detailed receipt with prescription and the amount billed. Please note that the receipt will not list the price of the lenses and the frames separately. Please contact us at 877.979.9200 or customerservice@rowleyeyewear.com for more information. Unfortunately, we do not accept HSA cards at this time.
